Assembly Lines

An assembly line is a manufacturing process (often called a progressive assembly) in which parts (usually interchangeable parts) are added as the semi-finished assembly moves from workstation to workstation where the parts are added in sequence until the final assembly is produced.

Jigs & Fixtures

A jig and fixture are work holding devices used in machining operations as an agent of support. They secure, support or mount a workpiece correctly on the parts of a CNC machine. They are very important since they aid smoother manufacturing operations, productivity among other advantages.

Robotic Cells

Also referred as robotic workcell or workcell, it is a complete system that includes the robot, controller, and other peripherals such as a part positioner and safety environment.

Or simply speaking, it is a workstation which consists of at least one robot and its controller along with the safety measures.
